Hi,

I ordered the upgrade from 4 to all systems, from obd2tool.co.uk, they say it "should be ok now".
(it doesn't)
How does this work, should I receive a code I can reedeem on the auteltech website? I did an update on the SD card using the windows tool, but that didn't make any difference.

I'm having the same problem updating to "All Systems". I'm starting to wonder about these people.
I paid for the update, yet I can't get it, my email is callrick86@hotmail.com
I have registered and used the update program supplied when bought new,
but still no update to the full system.
So far, very disappointed.
They tell me the site is now open for the update but it's NOT there.

Hello currently, our authorized dealers can pay for the "4 system to all system" upgrade, once receiving their payment, we can upgrade it to ALL system.
If you already paid to that dealer/website, please contact them to make the upgrade. If that S/N is not upgraded, that means the payment is not transferred to us.
